The traffic notification system
反則行為をして警察官から反則告知を受けた場合、「青切符」と「納付書」を渡されます。
If you commit an infraction and receive a notice of infraction from the police officer , you will be given a blue ticket and a payment ship.
If you pay the fine at a financial institution within the payment deadline of the payment slip given to you, the penalty will not be imposed as a criminal case.
If you are a minor , the case will not be referred to a Family Court hearing.
The application o the traffic penalty notification system and the payment of the fine are not compulsory . In case of dissatisfaction ,t he case can be transferred to criminal proceedings.
